This is a OneVRS test server

1. Be sure to make changes to the www.deafnetvrs.com/branch/ test folder
2. To test how to deploy the test folder into the live staging folder, use the www.deafnetvrs.tv site
3. Then after the successful deployment, deploy it in the www.onevrs.com site
